The terms, in plain words.

The data controller is Capital Dental Clinic, Cairo. At booking we collect your name, your phone number, any optional details you choose to add, and the page you booked from. We use them to manage your appointment and to send reminders on WhatsApp and email. They are stored in the clinic's patient system, are never sold, and are used only for the clinic's own communication with you and for the ad measurement described below. You can ask for your details to be corrected or deleted at any time on WhatsApp: 010 0076 0700.

If you request an online consultation, the photographs and radiographs you attach are stored the same way, are seen only by the treating doctor and reception, and are deleted on request. They are used only by the doctor, for that consultation. Photos you upload but never send with a request are deleted within a day, and if a request is never paid for and its time is released, its photos are deleted after 7 days.

If you allowed Marketing cookies on this site, we tell Meta and Google when you book, pay a fee online or come for your visit, only to measure which of our ads led to it. For this we share your phone number and email, hashed (SHA-256) before they leave the site so they are not sent as you wrote them, together with the code of the ad you clicked and your browser's description (the browser and device type it reports). With them go the browser id that Meta's own cookie sets (_fbp), a booking reference that is also hashed so it does not reveal who you are, and, when you pay for an online consultation or an examination in advance, the amount paid. This site sets no analytics or advertising cookie until you allow it. On your first visit a bar lets you accept all cookies, or choose them yourself under Customize; visitors from the European Union, the United Kingdom and Switzerland can also reject them all from the bar. There are three groups. Necessary: what the site needs to work, such as remembering your choice and running the booking and payment forms; these are always on. Analytics: Google Analytics, which shows us which pages are visited; off unless you turn it on. Marketing: Google Ads and the Meta pixel, which measure which ads lead to a booking; off unless you turn it on. Allowing Marketing also lets our server tell Meta and Google when a booking you make came from one of their ads, with the hashed details described in the Privacy Notice; without it, nothing is sent. The booking and consultation forms work whatever you choose. To change your choice at any time, open Cookie settings at the bottom of any page. A booking already made keeps the choice you had when you made it; to stop sending for it, WhatsApp us on 010 0076 0700.

At the clinic: you choose a branch, a day and a time from the times offered, and you are booked. If you wish, you can pay the 800 EGP examination fee online right away, by card on Paymob; paying online is optional, and you can still pay at the clinic. The branch calls you the day before. The wait at the clinic is 30 to 60 minutes on the day.

Online consultation: you choose a day and a time from the same times, and paying the 800 EGP fee by card on Paymob is what confirms it; the time is held for 30 minutes while you pay and is released if payment does not arrive. The confirmation, the link to the video room and a calendar file go to the email you give; reminders follow the day before and an hour before. The call happens on this website, opens 15 minutes before your time, and is with Dr. Ahmed Al Kaffas. A video consultation gives a read on your case, a direction and a cost range; it is not a final quote and it is not for emergencies. If you cannot attend, tell reception on WhatsApp and your call moves to another day; the fee is not refunded.

Fees: the clinical examination is 800 EGP and the online consultation is 800 EGP, the same price; a CT scan (CBCT) is 1,200 EGP when your case needs one; all fees are billed in EGP, Egyptian pounds. The examination and consultation fees are non-refundable and are not deducted from treatment. These terms are the same whether you pay the examination fee online at booking or at the clinic. If you paid online and cannot come, tell reception on WhatsApp and we move your visit to another day; the fee stays paid, and there is nothing more to pay on the new day. Online payment runs on Paymob; international cards are converted by the cardholder’s own bank.

The clinic holds no agreements with insurance companies or professional syndicates; for reimbursement, reception issues a detailed medical report with a sealed invoice on request.
