An implant replaces the root, so the teeth beside the gap are left as they are.
A titanium implant is placed in the bone and left to heal and join it, then a crown is fitted on top. After the check-up and scan, it takes two visits, usually two to three months apart: one for the implant, one for the crown. If you live abroad, plan two trips. The price has three lines: the implant, which depends on the system you choose; the abutment, the small connector between the implant and the crown; and the crown. The scan shows which systems suit your bone, and you choose among them to suit your budget. These three items do not necessarily cover all the care your case needs. Extractions, grafting, scans, temporary teeth or other procedures may be separate charges in your written plan.

For ONE upper or ONE lower jaw, not both. The package includes four to six implants according to the case and the final German zirconia restoration. It is a starting package scope, not a guaranteed total for every patient. The written quotation confirms the implant system, quantities, stages and inclusions, and any separate care such as extractions, grafts, sinus procedures, scans or temporary teeth. Extra procedures can increase the total and the number of visits.
The one-jaw package includes 4 to 6 implants, according to the case, and the final German zirconia restoration. It is not a complete quotation for every case or for both jaws. Assessment determines the implant system, number of implants, stages and other care needed. Your written quotation sets out the included components and any separate charges, such as extractions, bone grafting, sinus procedures, scans or temporary teeth. Additional care can increase the total.

Bone shrinks where a tooth has been missing for a long time. Bone grafting rebuilds it, and a sinus lift makes room for an implant in the upper back jaw. Whether you need either, and what it costs, is decided on the CT scan, because a price before the scan would be a guess.
