A video call with Dr. Ahmed Al Kaffas, the doctor who would plan your treatment at the clinic. Send photographs and any X-rays you already have, and you get our view of your case, the options open to you, and a cost range before you commit to anything. You can book it from Egypt or from abroad.
You book it all on this page: you choose your time, add your details and photographs, and pay the fee. The call is with Dr. Ahmed Al Kaffas himself.

The final colour of veneers or crowns, or a final price for surgery.
Anything that needs imaging you do not have yet.
Emergency care. If you are in pain now, come to the nearest branch rather than wait for a call.
How the video consultation works
Pick a day and a time
Choose a time between 16:00 and 20:30 Cairo time, the same evening hours as our branches. Then tell us what bothers you, and add your name, mobile number and email.
Add your smile photos
Add all five smile photos. Each upload box shows the angle to take. X-rays, CBCT images and reports are optional but helpful if available.
Pay the fee
800 EGP by card on Paymob, at the end of the booking. Paying is what confirms your appointment, and your time is held for 30 minutes while you pay. The fee is not refundable; if you need another time, WhatsApp us and we will move your appointment.
The call
Your video link arrives by email the moment you pay, with a calendar file, then a reminder the day before and an hour before. You can join from 15 minutes before your time, on this site, with nothing to install. Dr. Ahmed reviews what you sent before the call.

You pay by card on Paymob at the end of the booking, and paying is what confirms it. The fee terms are in the Booking Terms.

Your fee covers a video consultation with Dr. Ahmed. It costs the same as an in-person check-up at a branch.
The fee is paid when you book. It is not refundable and not deducted from any treatment that follows. If you cannot attend, WhatsApp us and we will move your call to another day.
